Maintenance - Clean & Check

• Check refrigerant pressures for proper level
• Measure compressor amp draw
• Measure amp draw outdoor fan motor
• Measure amp draw indoor fan motor
• Check calibration of thermostat
• Sanitize air handler
• Tighten refrigerant access fittings
• Vacuum or flush drain line
• Test temperature split between supply and return ducts
• Clean Condenser coil
• Inspect evaporator coil
• Tighten screws on condenser and check balance
• Check wiring for loose connections
• Inspect A/C breakers
• Clean or replace filters
• Visually inspect duct work for mold and dirt
• Inspect and flush drain pan
• Check UV light if needed
